The HJTTI of Georgia 2000 under the directorship of the late Miss Tasha Smith Dixon was none other than 16 year old dancer, Tykia Brantley from College Park, Georgia. Tykia demonstrated a passionate love for dance and fashion. Her elegant and graceful moves mesmerized the crown in 2000 in New York City. Tykia is a now a graduate of Georgia State University. |

Ariel Johnson is a 15 year old vocalist from Marietta, Georgia. Ariel sang an old favorite tune entitled “Summertime” during the competition and won a $1,000 scholarship to the college of her choice for her efforts and as Miss Creativity she was won an additional $250 scholarship. She would like to become a professional singer or pursue a career in cosmetology. She will attend the Academy of Hair, Arts & Design. Ariel enjoys playing the piano, doing her mother’s hair, volunteering at festivals and playing softball. Her motto is “Practice Makes Perfect |

The HJTTI of Georgia 2005 and International 2nd runner up is 16-year-old Tiffany Small an actress from Bethlehem, Georgia. Like many of the other talented teens, Tiffany is a thespian of the theatre because she can apply many of the concepts and principles she learns in class to every day living. This Governors honor recipient would like to be a professional actress and inspire other teens to work hard and persevere. She entered the competition as a way to obtain financial assistance for school while showcasing her many talents. She has learned there is value in sharing your talents, enthusiasm and personality with other teens who she believes are destined to shape the world. Tiffany was also the winner of a full 4 year scholarship to Ramapo College in New Jersey. Tiffany is currently a Theatre major at Gainesville College. |

The HJTTI of Georgia 2004 and winner of the International Miss Creativity award was 16-year-old Bianca Knox a hip hop dancer from Alpharetta, Georgia. Like many of the other talented teens, Bianca loves dancing, modeling, fashion and excelling in her academic studies. Bianca entered the University of Florida in 2004 on a full academic scholarship and hopes to one day open her own chain of fashion boutiques across the world. |

HJTTI of GA and 2003 International Winner is Tatiana McConnico demonstrated that big things comes in small packages as she wowed the crowd in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands with her rendition of I AM CHANGING at the age of 13. This dynamic vocalist from Douglasville, Georgia has proven she's force entering the music industry. Tatiana's resume is quite impressive. She is a freshman music major at University of West Georgia, Credits include: “American Idol” top 40; Rejoice, directed by Kenny Leon; Bagdad Café, European tour, directed by Percy Adlong; The Color Purple, directed by Gary Griffin; The Wiz, 2004, 2005 and 2007, directed by Kenny Leon; A Tribute to August Wilson, directed by Charles S. Dutton and that’s just to name a few. She has appeared on Show Time at the Apollo, Madison Square Garden with the likes of Alycia Keys and Frankie Beverly and Maze. The sky is the limit for Tatiana. |

The HJTTI of Georgia 2002 and Internationals Miss Congeniality winner was none other than 16 year Reshina Harris a vocalist extordinaire from Riverdale, Georgia. Like many of the other talented teens, Reshina aspired to become a success at whatever she put her mind to. |

The HJTTI of Georgia 2001 was 14 year old actress Tyeshia Patterson from Conyers, Georgia. Like many of the other talented teens, Tyeshia loved the arts and her academic studies. Tyeshia is currently a junior at Howard University at Washington DC. |
